Sury Optical Warranties/Guarantees and Instructions on Use, Care and Maintenance of your New Eyewear

Keep your eyeglasses in their case when you’re not using them.

Use BOTH hands when putting on and taking off your eyeglasses.

Never lay your lenses face down on any surface.

Keeping your eyeglasses clean is the first step in quality vision and should be done on a daily

basis:

1. Rinse your lenses and frame with clean, warm water (room temperature) to flush any

abrasive debris off the lens surface.

2. Use an approved chemical -free (no alcohol) lens cleaner and dry them with a soft

COTTON cloth.

3. Occasionally you may accidentally smudge the lenses during use and you may find a

quick wipe with a soft no-pile microfiber cloth will clean this without water. Microfiber

cloths are a synthetic material and will not easily absorb fluids, so we recommend you dry

wipe the lens for these occasions.

Warranties and Guarantees:

All lenses and frames are designed to withstand normal use as defined by your eye care

professional.

Sometimes accidental damage can occur and we will help to ensure the best possible

outcomes for you with guarantees and warranties.

Guarantees:

Your eyeglasses have a 60 Day guarantee (6 Months following Cataract Surgery) from the

original date of purchase. This guarantee will ensure our goal for you which is your best vision.

While acclimating to a new prescription may take some time, if you have any unexpected

difficulties with your vision after 1-2 weeks of wear, let us know. We will put a plan in place to

make any design changes necessary including any changes to the prescription required by

your doctor. If there are any elective upgraded additions to your subsequent order that require

additional cost, you only need to pay the difference. This gives you the peace of mind that we

have your back and your best interest in mind every step of the way.

Warranties:

Your eyeglasses include a 1 year no cost warranty from the original date of purchase. Frames

are warrantied against manufacturer defects and will be replaced at no charge for any failures.

All lenses are scratch resistant and are also warrantied from scratching (one time replacement)

and will be exchanged at no additional charge. Loss or theft is not covered by any warranty or

guarantee, however we understand that this can happen and if you mention this circumstance

we will kindly offer a courtesy discount to replace them with an identical pair.
